Every child deserves a loving and stable home. By fostering or adopting through the foster care system or a child-placing agency, you have the power to change a child’s life—offering them the love, security, and hope they need to thrive. The Greater Houston Permanency Collaborative partners with agencies to recruit, train, and retain foster and adoptive families by hosting informative sessions that cover the licensing process, provide valuable insights, and answer important questions. Each agency in this collaborative is licensed and contracted with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS), and since every agency has a unique mission, it’s essential to find one that aligns with your goals and values. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of children in need.
