Cesar is a loving and affectionate child. He is able to articulate his feelings and desires in most situations. He enjoys learning about the world around him and continuously strives to make lasting friendships with those around him. He enjoys creative activities such as drawing, coloring, crafting, and building with many materials. He can make a masterpiece out of anything present in a room. He enjoys listening to music and watching TV. He also loves superheroes. He thrives with one-on-one attention and will do whatever he can to attain it. He likes to have things his way and will make sure to express it to his caregivers when he is told no. He can utilize self-coping skills like deep breathing and meditation. Cesar is ready to be adopted and talks about his future forever home daily.
Cesar would do well with either a single or two-parent household in which he is the youngest or only child. His forever family should have experience or knowledge of the special education system and are willing to advocate for his continued academic needs. His forever family should be flexible or knowledgeable regarding positive behavioral interventions, as he does very well and needs multiple systems in place. His forever family should encourage and maintain contact with his siblings who have been adopted and reside in Texas. His forever family may include any animal as he is an animal lover. He would do well in a home that is open to creative hobbies. For example, arts and crafts, robotics, coding, cooking, or gardening. He would enjoy a home that is open to him trying different hobbies and sports
