Greater Houston Permanency Collaborative Foster & Adopt Info Meeting (Virtual)

Join our monthly meetings designed to educate individuals and families about the process, requirements, and responsibilities involved in fostering or adopting a child.

For families residing outside of Texas to be considered to adopt a child currently in our foster care system, you must be approved to adopt through an agency in your state that has a contract or is willing to contract with the state of Texas. This is necessary for the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children (ICPC) to be completed.
